Grace Tyler is building a name for herself by turning personal experiences into modern country songs that are direct, melodic and unafraid of complicated emotions.
From Frisco to Nashville
Raised in Frisco, Texas, Grace Tyler grew up listening to country storytelling and artists with unmistakable voices. She moved to Nashville to develop her songwriting and first drew broad online attention with “My Mistake,” a breakout single whose candid perspective connected with listeners.
Making Every Word Count
Tyler’s 2025 debut EP, Everything I Didn’t Say, put her emotional honesty at the center of the music. Her growing reputation led to a publishing agreement with Concord Music Publishing. Songs such as “I Don’t Wanna Know” helped introduce her writing to new audiences through streaming playlists and artist-discovery features.
New Music and Growing Reach
Her 2026 releases include “Fear of Flying,” “Worse Places to Be,” and “Better Than That,” each showing a different side of her contemporary country sound. Her songwriting has also reached other performers: The Band Perry selected her song “Psychological” for the group’s return to releasing music.
Building Her Career on the Road
Tyler has shared stages with artists including Lee Brice, Parker McCollum, Scotty McCreery and Shane Smith & the Saints. Those performances add another dimension to an emerging artist whose strongest asset may be the personal connection between a song’s writer and its listeners.
Why CRE Is Watching
